The Opportunity
Description
- Support various customer requests, such as quotations, RMA creation, order processing, and billing resolution on a daily basis.
- Coordinate the assessment, evaluation, and troubleshooting of products during the repair and calibration process.
- Provide technical support to customers via telephone and email, while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Ensure timely follow-up on orders requiring additional customer information and/or purchase orders.
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing and Service Teams to meet or exceed internal and external expectations.
- Coordinate product delivery dates between multiple production sites using SAP for both domestic and international orders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with supply chain, engineering, account managers, and channel partners.
- Utilize Salesforce.com for customer communication and account/contact management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies related to Know Your Customer, International Trade Controls, Health & Safety, and other legal and ethical matters.
- Maintain a customer focus in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, taking full ownership of all commercial operations transactions.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Associates Degree from an accredited College or University (OR High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Industrial Services).
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University, preferably in Business, Finance/Economics, or Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in a Customer Care or Service Support role, preferably in an Indus-trial setting.
- Understanding of complex commercial terms and ability to support the execution of contractual terms, including payment terms, incoterms, and T&C's.
- Prior experience using SAP for quotation/order creation, invoicing, or material management.
- Experience using Salesforce.com or Deal Machine for case management activities.
- Ability to prioritize and make good decisions with limited information.
- Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese languages is a plus.
- Strong customer interaction skills and proactive issue resolution.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, particularly with SAP and Microsoft Excel-based reports.
