Wingate Management Company is hiring a seasoned, strategic Property Manager to lead operations at a high-visibility, active property in Cambridge, MA.
This is not a routine role—it's a priority leadership position

- Section 8 / Compliance Expertise – This isn’t entry-level. We need someone well versed Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program.
- Client-Facing & Community-Driven – You’ll act as a bridge between Wingate, our client, and the residents—making your leadership and communication skills essential.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations for properties in Cambridge
- Lead staff, manage resident relations, and drive community satisfaction
- Ensure full compliance with HUD/Section 8 regulations
- Execute capital planning and manage improvement projects
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, and client stakeholders

What We’re Looking For
- An experienced property manager with 2-3 years in affordable housing
- Strong Section 8/HUD compliance knowledge
- Experience managing capital projects and community relations
- A steady hand under pressure and polished communication style
- Proven ability to lead teams and maintain high-performance standards
