The Opportunity

Description

We are seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist to manage procurement processes, vendor relationships, and compliance requirements across multiple sites. If you have a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end procurement processes (sourcing, purchasing, supplier coordination).
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure cost efficiency and quality service.
  • Ensure compliance with PEZA, business permits, sanitary/occupational permits, and importation requirements (NTC, BOC).
  • Review contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Maintain procurement-related documentation, approvals, and coordination with internal departments.

Experience Required for Your Success

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of procurement experience in a BPO setting (preferably handling multiple sites).
  • Strong knowledge of vendor management, contract review, and government compliance (PEZA, permits, importation).
  • Proficient in Excel for procurement tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Willing to work onsite in Ayala, Makati (Dayshift schedule).
