The Opportunity
Description
- You will inspect parts, assemblies, and subassemblies to ensure they meet required drawings and specifications.
- You will initiate non-conformance reports for any parts or assemblies that do not meet specifications.
- You will verify that all manufactured units comply with quality control procedures, engineering standards, and customer requirements.
- You will initiate corrective action requests for recurring quality issues to prevent future defects.
- You will partner with manufacturing management and internal process teams to identify and eliminate the causes of quality problems.
- You will complete, inspect, and distribute quality records and documents while performing specialized testing as required.
- You will verify tests on all components and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent level of education
- Demonstrate proven experience in a Quality Technician or Inspection role
- Be able to read and correctly interpret prints / drawings and specifications
- Display understanding of defects, problem-solving skills or an enthusiasm to learn and develop your skill set in a hands-on environment
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to be a valuable team player
- Work Schedule: 3 pm – 3 a.m However, the person sometimes comes in for handover at 2 pm.
