We are looking for a Leasing Consultant to join our client in Dorchester, Massachusetts.
As our Leasing Consultant, you will manage the leasing process, creating a welcoming experience for potential residents while ensuring all lease agreements and paperwork are completed accurately. If you're ready to take the next step in your leasing career, we would love to have you on board.
Salary Range: $24-$26/hour

What We Look For:
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Previous leasing or sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Experience Required for Your Success
As a Leasing Consultant, you will:
- Generate new leases and secure renewals, ensuring compliance with all company policies and legal requirements.
- Build a database of qualified leads through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Provide exceptional service by conducting property tours, handling inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships with prospective residents.
