Real-Time Monitoring:
- Oversee real-time tracking of attendance and productivity metrics.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy for all collected metrics and reporting.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze attendance and productivity data to identify trends and concerns.
- Compile and present reports with key performance indicators and actionable insights.

Proactive Alert System:
- Develop and maintain an alert system using Time Doctor or other applicable tools.
- Work with Time Doctor Administrators, IT, and Systems teams to ensure real-time notifications.

Client Value Components:
- Create and manage a centralized dashboard for operational performance and client value metrics.
- Regularly update dashboard metrics to provide stakeholders with performance visibility.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with Operations Leads, Business Unit Heads, and senior leaders to provide data insights.
- Facilitate regular performance review meetings and strategic discussions.

Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and implement process enhancements for operational efficiency.
- Lead initiatives to optimize staff utilization and resource management
Experience Required for Your Success
- At least 2 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related fields.
- Strong ability to gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools like Visio, Lucidchart, or Bizagi.
- Experience with SQL for querying databases and extracting insights.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView for data visualization.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Query; experience in Macros is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across various teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to work in nightshift and in a hybrid set-up in Ayala, Makati
