  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to craft seamless and engaging web interfaces that enhance the user journey on our e-commerce platform.
  • Lead personalization and A/B testing efforts, utilizing tools such as Interaction Studio and GTM to drive tailored user experiences and measurable business impact.
  • Utilize your expertise to create scalable, clean, and efficient front-end solutions.
  • Analyze A/B test results, transforming data into actionable recommendations to optimize user engagement and increase conversions.
  • Keep up with the latest trends in personalization, front-end development, and A/B testing to ensure our digital experiences remain cutting-edge.

Experience Required for Your Success

 
  • Must have bachelor’s degree
  • Must have at least 7+ years of professional front-end development experience with expertise in HTML, CSS, Vanilla JS, and React/Next.js.
  • Proficiency in GitHub, Vercel, Figma, and related tools.
  • Hands-on experience with personalization platforms like Interaction Studio, Adobe Target, and Optimizely.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing strategies and methodologies.
  • Track record of working in fast-paced marketing or product organizations, aligning development with strategic business goals.
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving and ability to derive insights from user behavior and testing outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
