We're looking for a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Consultant, working inBPO industry inMakati City, Metro Manila, 1603, Philippines.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lean Six Sigma Consultant to join our team!

Job Description:

This position will be responsible for leading business-critical initiatives targeting continuous process improvement and quality management with the goal of improving workflows, increasing productivity, reducing costs, and enhancing revenue opportunities. Manage and prioritize projects and deliverables in alignment with the strategic company objectives and ensure the dissemination of key information across all levels of the company from executive management to cross-functional project team members. Develop and oversee all aspects of project management including project initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, and controlling of project or program schedules in order to meet project deadlines on time and on budget.  

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Meet strategic business goals by driving business-critical improvement projects – on time and on budget.

2. Lead project teams to assess processes to determine how to reduce rework, and improve quality, efficiency, and service to meet the needs of internal and external customers.

3. Provide data-driven analysis, documentation, and reporting on process improvement results.

4. Demonstrated proficiency in recognizing and addressing the change implications associated with process and continuous improvement outcomes.

5. Conduct regular retrospectives and process reviews to identify improvement opportunities.

6. Assess project risks and mitigate them.

7. Communicate project status to both the project team and to executives.

8. Run focused project team meetings and produce clear decisions and action items.

9. Coordinate interaction with other departments including cross-functional team management.

10. Foster and maintain team morale and a positive work environment.

Experience Required for Your Success

Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

*Demonstrated program management experience; project management certification preferred.

*A self-directed individual with a strong ability to manage ambiguity and adapt readily and easily.

*Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment; across multiple, functional groups.

*Demonstrated success in leading teams through influence.

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and information to identify and implement solutions to organizational problems.

*Results-driven leadership and management skills.

*Attention to detail, commitment to quality, customer-focused.

*Strong decision-making ability, problem-solving capabilities, and analytical skills.

*Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels in the organization.

*Possesses a deep understanding of the Six Sigma and Lean philosophies and can coach others on how to apply Lean Six Sigma concepts and foundational tools; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is required.

*Knowledge of ISO (9001, 27001, 22301) requirements, a plus.

*Advanced Microsoft 365 skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
