As a Maintenance Supervisor with Wingate Companies, you will be entrusted with ensuring the property remains in excellent condition while leading a dedicated team of maintenance professionals. Salary:
Up to $70,000 based on experience

What We Look For:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in property maintenance with supervisory experience.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and general repairs.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Experience Required for Your Success
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will:
- Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure efficient, timely, and high-quality service.
- Perform hands-on maintenance tasks such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner and prioritize emergency repairs.
- Oversee the preparation of vacant apartments for new residents and ensure preventive maintenance.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and ensure compliance with safety standards
