The Opportunity
Description
Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Assembler with strong coating and mechanical expertise to join our team! In this role, you'll operate thermal spray booths to apply coatings on complex gas turbine parts, inspect quality throughout the process, and write or edit programs using FANUC programming — all while keeping safety and precision as the top priorities.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate thermal spray booths, applying coatings per OEM specifications on turbine components.
- Perform detailed quality inspections throughout the coating process to ensure high standards.
- Write, edit, and troubleshoot programs using FANUC controls.
- Safely operate forklifts, cranes, and material-handling equipment.
- Maintain coating equipment, fixtures, and parameters with minimal supervision.

Experience Required for Your Success
- No college degree required
- 8+ years of mechanical assembly and coating experience.
- Strong background operating coating equipment and handling thermal spray operations.
- Ability to work independently with minimal instruction or supervision.
- Comfortable operating heavy machinery like forklifts and cranes.
