The Opportunity
Description
- Play a crucial role in troubleshooting, testing, assembling, disassembling, and visually inspecting Aero Equipment.
- Responsible for repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment, performing tests with minimal instruction, and providing technical support across the business while adhering to HS&E policies.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using hand, pneumatic, and hydraulic tooling.
- Accurately utilize precision measuring equipment such as ID/OD/depth micrometers, calipers, etc.
- Possess a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to independently comprehend complex machining or assembly drawings.
- Work collaboratively as a team member, following detailed work routers for the inspection and repair of units and rotating equipment, even when under time constraints.

Experience Required for Your Success
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a related field.
- Proficiency in using hand, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools.
- Strong understanding of precision measuring equipment.
- Ability to interpret complex machining or assembly drawings.
- Excellent teamwork and time management skills.
