Description
We are looking for an experienced Head of Talent Sourcingto lead and optimize our national talent sourcing strategies. This pivotal role requires a strong background in volume hiring, leveraging data-driven insights, and collaborating with senior leaders to meet our organization’s evolving recruitment needs.
As a Head of Talent Sourcing, you will be responsible for:
- Sourcing Strategy & Execution:Develop and manage innovative sourcing channels that attract top talent, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for our business needs.
- Data-Driven Decision Making:Utilize analytics and reports to evaluate sourcing effectiveness, track key hiring metrics, and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- End-to-End Execution:Lead the nationwide implementation of sourcing initiatives that align with hiring goals and business priorities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and leadership teams to understand workforce demands and implement effective sourcing solutions.
- Budget & Resource Management:Oversee the sourcing budget, ensuring cost-effective recruitment strategies while maintaining high-quality talent acquisition.
- Market Intelligence:Stay informed on market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging sourcing technologies to enhance recruitment capabilities.
- Process Optimization:Identify and implement improvements in sourcing workflows, leveraging automation and AI tools to streamline processes.
Experience Required for Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Master’s degree is a plus but not required.
- 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in talent sourcing, particularly in high-volume hiring environments.
- Proven ability to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using recruitment metrics, ATS platforms, and analytics tools to optimize sourcing efforts.
- Experience in managing budgets and implementing cost-effective sourcing strategies.
In-depth understanding of labor market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and emerging sourcing technologies.
- Familiarity with automation or AI-driven recruitment tools, including CRM systems and employer branding techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building and negotiation.
- Amenable to work onsite in Makati
