We’re looking for a dedicated Property Manager to oversee daily operations at properties in Sudbury, MA, with travel to Maynard, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to manage all aspects of property performance, from leasing and marketing to financial management and resident relations.

Salary: Up to $75,000

What We Are Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of on-site property management experience required, with supervisory and financial expertise.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a team, with a focus on excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in managing budgets, conducting market analyses, and overseeing operational performance.
  • Experience with OneSite Property Management software preferred but not required; knowledge of Section 8, Tax Credit, and EIV (affordable properties) a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and pay strong attention to detail and organization.

    Experience Required for Your Success

    As a Property Manager, you will:

    • Oversee all property operations, including maintenance, budgeting, marketing, lease administration, and more.
    • Lead and motivate a team of property staff, ensuring high performance and exceptional resident satisfaction.
    • Drive leasing success by attracting new residents, managing renewals, and conducting property showings.
    • Manage financials, including budgets, rent collections, and vendor invoicing.
    • Coordinate and manage capital improvement projects, ensuring timely execution and quality results.
