The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for an Audit and Compliance Officer, working inStaffing/Recruiting industry inMakati City, Metro Manila, 1226, Philippines.We are looking for anAudit and Compliance Officerto lead and manage internal and external audit activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. If you have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and experience in auditing, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact!
Key Responsibilities:
✅Audit Management:Independently manage and coordinate internal and external audits, including client assessments and certification audits (SOC, ISO 37301, ISO 37001).
✅Collaboration & Communication:Act as the primary liaison for external auditors and internal teams to ensure smooth audit processes.
✅Internal Audits:Conduct audits to assess compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, identifying areas for improvement.
✅Certification Audits:Oversee the certification process, ensuring all necessary criteria are met and required documentation is prepared.
✅Reporting & Documentation:Prepare detailed audit reports, lead audit meetings, and provide recommendations for enhancing internal controls.

Experience Required for Your Success
✔ 2+ years experience in Internal Audit, Information Systems Audit, Compliance, or Controls (Financial Audit experience is a plus).
✔ Has a strong understanding of Internal Auditing standards, Risk Management, and Regulatory requirements.
✔ Has analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
✔ Able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
✔ Has certification in CIA, CISA, or equivalent
✔ Amenable to work onsite (Ayala, Makati)
✔ Amenable to work Day Shift i.e. 5 AM shift start
✔ Flexible to accommodate sliding schedules aligned with US and UK business hours for seamless collaboration with regional counterparts
✔ Willing to conduct field audits as needed.
