Description

We're looking for an Operations Support Specialist, working inBPO industry inMakati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

As an Operations Support Specialist you willplay a key role in optimizing our administrative and facilities-related tasks. You'll directly contribute to improving operational efficiency, responding to both client and employee requests, and supporting key company events.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee administrative tasks related to office setup and resource allocation to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinate logistics and accommodations for employees and guests as needed.
  • Provide on-site support for various company events and activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Continuously assess and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • At least 6 months of experience in Admin/Operations Support, preferably in a BPO setting.
  • Preferred experience in facilities management, including vendor and client coordination.
  • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, especially Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Amenable to working onsite in Ayala, Makati, on a night shift schedule, and occasionally on weekends as required.
