Description
We're looking for a Corporate Recruiter, working inStaffing/Recruiting industry inMakati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.We are seeking experienced Corporate Recruiters to join our team. This role will be responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment, sourcing top talent, and implementing innovative strategies to attract qualified candidates. The ideal candidate has a strong background in recruitment, particularly in Recruitment/Headhunter Firms and BPO/Call Centers, with experience in executive and management roles.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source candidates from job boards, social media websites, company websites, employee referrals, applicant referrals, staffing firms, and other sourcing channels.
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct pre-assessment calls with candidates to verify their qualifications, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Maintain a database and ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Perform ad hoc recruitment-related tasks as needed.
Experience Required for Your Success
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Recruitment/Headhunter Firms and BPO/Call Centers (corporate/management recruiting).
- Experience in executive and management-level recruitment is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a morning shift schedule.
