As an Apartment Restoration Technician, you will play a crucial role in apartment turnovers, water damage restoration, and general maintenance. Your hands-on skills and attention to detail will ensure our apartments remain in top condition, creating a welcoming environment for residents.
Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour
No overtime for this role

What We Are Looking For:
- Proven experience in apartment maintenance, turnover, and/or water damage restoration.
- Strong skills in painting, drywall repair, flooring installation, basic plumbing and electrical work.
- Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques and equipment.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and pay attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic appliance repair skills.

Experience Required for Your Success
As an Apartment Restoration Technician, you will:
- Perform apartment turnovers, including painting, drywall repair, flooring installation, and appliance repairs.
- Respond promptly to water damage emergencies, extracting water, setting up drying equipment, and restoring affected areas.
- Conduct general maintenance tasks, including preventive maintenance and repairing minor plumbing/electrical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and document restoration activities thoroughly.
- Communicate effectively with residents and team members, ensuring quality service and smooth operations.
