The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Senior Recruiter, working inStaffing/Recruiting industry inAyala Avenue, Makati City, Metro Manila, 1223, Philippines.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume requisitions with a focus on Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for Texas and Michigan (automotive/medical CSRs).
- Handle 12 full-time equivalent (FTE) hires per month.
- Conduct full-cycle and partial recruiting, with flexibility to be cross-trained based on need.
- Active sourcing through platforms like ZipRecruiter and LinkedIn to identify top talent.
Experience Required for Your Success
Key Requirements:
- At least 6 months of recruiting experience with sourcing capabilities (non-negotiable).
- High energy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Sales background is a plus.
- Previous high-volume recruiting experience is highly desirable but not mandatory.
