Description
We're looking for a
IT Solution Analyst, working in
Electric Power and Natural Gas industry in
Mineapolis, Minnesota, United States.
Responsible for incident management, assessing business impact, and prioritizing incidents. Serve as a liaison between technical support teams and business stakeholders. Ensure incidents are logged and managed within the ServiceNow system. Monitor dashboards to track incidents in real time and assess priority levels.
Manage system enhancements and process improvements to optimize performance. Collaborate with teams to implement and refine system workflows. Prepare and coordinate necessary system changes, ensuring proper documentation.
Facilitate daily stand-ups and troubleshooting sessions. Work closely with external vendors responsible for application support. Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve technical and business-related issues.
Track and analyze incidents, trends, and system performance using Excel. Create and deliver presentations using PowerPoint to communicate insights and recommendations.
Oversee business and technical ticket management, ensuring timely resolution. Address issues related to job events, reporting errors, data inconsistencies, and system failures. Support processes related to field operations, including meter installations and interface troubleshooting
Experience Required for Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing incidents and system enhancements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in system troubleshooting.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow (ITSM).
SAP ISU experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
