We're looking for a
Full Cycle Recruiter, working in
Staffing/Recruiting industry in
Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Metro Manila, 1223, Philippines.
As a
Full Cycle Recruiter, you will attract, source, and select top-tier talent to meet our clients' staffing needs. You'll lead the end-to-end hiring process, working closely with hiring managers to execute strategic recruitment initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Source, attract, and screen candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking).
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for subsequent interviews.
Collaboration:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication.
- Provide feedback to candidates at each stage of the recruitment process.
Strategic Initiatives:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire).
Compliance:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and company data.
Onboarding:
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Provide necessary information and support to new employees as they integrate into the company.
Continuous Improvement:
- Solicit feedback from candidates and hiring managers to identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the recruitment process and improve candidate quality.

Experience Required for Your Success
Minimum Qualifications:- Minimum of 1-year full cycle recruiting experience in an RPO setting - REQUIRED
- At least two (2) years of college education
- Excellent English communication skills
- Stable work history relevant to the position
- Willing to work onsite permanently at Ayala Ave., Makati
