The Opportunity

Description

We're looking for a Compliance Training and Policy Governance Analyst - Remote, working inBanking/Finance industry inNew York City, New York, United States.

  • Support the execution of Company’s annual Compliance Training Plan by managing related training administration tasks via the learning management system (Docebo), including uploading training content/materials, creating learner assignment profiles, setting up system notifications, testing and deploying courses, trouble-shooting technical issues, recording training completion/uploading attendance logs, tracking course completions
  • Proofread training materials
  • Provide learner support for Compliance-owned eLearning courses as needed
  • Support the training delinquency escalation process
  • Support Policy administration, including maintaining Company's central repository and document records in the GRC system, coordinating/following up on document reviews, formatting new policies and procedures, responding to employee inquiries regarding policies & procedures or related processes
  • Support various monthly reporting activities (e.g., setting up and populating templates, creating presentations)
  • Provide project management to the team (e.g., develop, maintain and update trackers, draft meeting minutes, update program documentation etc)

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Strong experience using Google Slides (creating advanced, visually appealing presentations) and Google Sheets (data analysis, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions).
  • Hands-on experience preferred in managing and troubleshooting LMS platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and document processes.
  • Skilled in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
  • Prior experience in administrative, coordination, or operational support roles.
  • Commitment to high standards of accuracy and quality.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and comfortable asking questions to ensure clarity and efficiency.
