We're looking for a Vice President for Program Management, working in BPO industry in Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Job Summary:

TheVice President for Program Managementwill play a pivotal role in driving the strategic success and operational excellence of our program management initiatives. This position is responsible for providing visionary leadership to the Director of Program Management and their team, ensuring that our recruitment and sourcing campaigns achieve their operational objectives, enhance client satisfaction, and consistently reflect our company’s vision and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership and Vision.Define and communicate the strategic direction for program management, aligning with company goals and client expectations.
  • Operational Oversight.Oversee the development and execution of quality improvement projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
  • Team Development and Management. Provide leadership and mentorship to his team, focusing on leadership development, productivity management, and team engagement.
  • Client Relationship Management.Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met.
    • Liaise with client points of contact to align program objectives with actual performance, addressing any issues or opportunities for improvement.
  • Performance and Quality Assurance.Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
    • Ensure that recruitment and sourcing strategies are optimized for industry specific needs and client requirements.
  • Strategic Projects and Initiatives.Lead high-impact projects and initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and market positioning.
    • Collaborate with other senior leaders to identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the program management function.

Experience Required for Your Success

Qualifications:

  • At least 10 years of experience in Program Management or a related role.
  • With a track record of successful leadership and strategic oversight ideally from the following environment and with a high degree of client engagement:
    • BPO/Call Center
    • Recruitment/Headhunting Firms
  • Proven experience managing high-level operational functions, including recruitment and sourcing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop senior management teams.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive client satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong interest in building a career in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) management
  • Excellent communication skills both spoken & written
  • Willing to work on a flexible schedule.
