Leadership & Ownership:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead a dedicated maintenance team and take
full ownership of property upkeep—from curb appeal to emergency repairs. Your
decisions will shape daily operations and resident satisfaction.

needed—tackling everything from inspections and vendor oversight to HVAC
troubleshooting and apartment turnarounds.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, You Will:
- Supervise maintenance operations and staff, set daily schedules, oversee work quality, and coordinate vendor services
- Manage all maintenance aspects including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, grounds, snow removal, and unit turnovers
- Monitor and control inventory, manage budgets, and recommend cost-saving measures
- Ensure timely completion of work orders, emergency service requests, and make-readies in accordance with safety and company standards

What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on maintenance experience, including supervisory roles
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
- Proficiency with maintenance software and MS Office; OSHA safety knowledge required
- Must be available for on-call rotations and emergency coverage
