What
You'll Do as a Safety Technician:
- Implement
safety policies and procedures that align with OSHA, state, and local
regulations.
- Maintain
accurate safety records, including OSHA 300 Logs, training documentation, and
performance metrics.
- Train
employees and management on safety practices, proper PPE use, and accident
prevention.
- Actively
engage with staff on the production floor, promoting safe behaviors and
addressing concerns in real-time.
- Oversee
injury reporting and coordinate care with medical providers.
- Support
employee certification programs and renewals.

Experience Required for Your Success
What You Bring:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in a safety-related role.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Your Work Environment: You'll spend your time both indoors in a controlled setting and on the production floor, where temperatures, dust, and noise levels may vary.
- Expect a standard 8-hour shift, 5 days a week.
