We're looking for a Staffing Specialist, working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Evansville, Indiana, 47715, United States.• Recruit and source candidates
• Interview and screen candidates for current and future job openings
• Perform drug screens and background checks as needed
• Verify past employment of candidates/ applicants
• Answer employee/customer inquiries and needs
• Handle customer inquiries and requests
• Orientate new employees on company policies and safety expectations
• Maintain and present reports to management as required
• Continuous learn and stay current on industry trends
• Consistent meet company goals and expectations

Experience Required for Your Success
• Must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in staffing, recruitment, HR or related field
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and employees
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems, Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Sales oriented to attract candidates and clients
• Must be able to work in office Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
