The Opportunity

Description

We're looking for an Imaging Scanning Specialist, working in IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in Boyers, Pennsylvania, 16020, United States.

  • Scanning – Moving prepped cartons (one at a time) to scanner positions. The employee loads sheets into one of various types of scanners for processing and returns sheets to the box in the same order as received. Depending on the source material, sheets may be fed into scanners one at a time or in small batches. This is primarily a seated task but feeding scanners may be while standing, 20% of position as a whole.
  • Quality Checking – Confirming accuracy of scanned documents. This is primarily a seated task, 10% of position as a whole.
  • Releasing/Indexing – Documenting files and release of scanned material to customer. This is primarily a seated task, 10% of position as a whole.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • High School Diploma
  • Keying/data entry skills,a high rate of keystrokes
  • Can operate general office equipment (scanner, computer etc.)
  • Strong PC skills
  • Ability to operate, clean, and troubleshoot scanners
  • Can work between 7:30pm-4am, 5 days a week
  • Attention to detail
