Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to grow your career in Human Resources? PSG is looking for an HR Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can support smooth HR operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage records, databases, and HR processes with precision.
- Respond to employee questions about policies, benefits, and verifications.
- Oversee compliance audits, labor law notices, and background checks.
- Assist with benefits reconciliation, invoice reconciliations, and basic payroll tasks.
- Provide support for the US market with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field,or equivalent professional experience.
- Basic knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with the U.S. market is beneficial but not required
- Willingness to work onsite 3x a week in Ayala, Makati
