Description

We're looking for a HR Generalist, working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional human resource services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Compensation & Benefits Management: Assist in managing and administering employee compensation and benefits programs to ensure accuracy and alignment with company policies.
  • HR Policies, Procedures & Compliance: Support the implementation and enforcement of HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to local labor laws and organizational standards.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Address employee concerns, foster positive relationships, and assist with engagement initiatives to support a healthy workplace culture.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process, including gathering pre-employment requirements and ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain and organize employee files and HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Training and Development Coordination: Assist in coordinating training programs and employee development initiatives to support continuous learning and growth.
  • HR Administration and Support: Provide day-to-day HR administrative support, including responding to employee inquiries and assisting with general HR projects and tasks.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of HR experience in areas such as Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Legal, and Employee Engagement.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with relevant OJT experience in the HR facets mentioned.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication skills, exceptional multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing new initiatives and adapting to new ways of working.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications and other related HR software.
  • Willingness to work on a Day Shift schedule and hybrid work setup in Ayala, Makati and Alabang, if needed.
