The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for an Onsite Specialist, working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Brunswick, Georgia, 31523, United States.• Manage onsite relationship and communication with the client.
• Recruit, screen and interview candidates for current and job openings.
• Perform drug screens, verify previous employment and background checks as needed.
• Onboard new employees, under the guidance of clients’ policies and safety expectations.
• Provide reports and updates related to staffing levels, and any concerns that require escalation.
• Respond to employee and customer inquiries and needs.
• Build relationships with the client and internal departments, as well as on-site employees to ensure client needs are met.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.

Experience Required for Your Success
• Must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in staffing, recruitment or HR or related field
• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and employees
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Must be able to work in office Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
