The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for an Instructional Design Supervisor, working in BPO industry in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.We are seeking an experienced Instructional Design Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis of learning needs and performance gaps to define project objectives.
- Oversee the creation of instructional strategies aligned with adult learning principles and eLearning solutions.
- Supervise the development of eLearning content using the latest tools and technologies.
- Manage the deployment of learning solutions, including LMS integration and stakeholder coordination.
- Drive continuous improvement by refining learning programs through feedback and performance data.
- Mentor and coach instructional designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and career growth.
Experience Required for Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related fields.
- 5 years of experience in instructional design with a focus on eLearning development.
- 2 years of leadership experience managing a design team.
- Proficiency in eLearning tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Elucidat) and multimedia design.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and emerging technologies.
- Strong project management skills and experience with the ADDIE process.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to mentor and upskill team members.
- Experience with multimedia tools, gamification, and microlearning techniques to enhance learning engagement.
