The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Machine Operator, working in Light Industrial industry in 725 Wooten Rd, Colorado Springs, Colorado, 80915, United States.- Operate CNC torch tables and other CNC machines independently.
- Inspect, clean, deburr, and package parts as specified.
- Perform tooling offset changes, tool insert replacements, and machine setups.
- Complete First Piece Inspection and documentation as required.
- Conduct daily TPM and 5-S checks and perform minor machine maintenance.
- Troubleshoot machine operations and assist in training others.
- Track and document improvements using MS Office tools.
- Sit, stand, walk, write, and type regularly.
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
- Work in environments with temperature extremes (0°F–120°F), noise, dust, and
- concrete surfaces.
- Operate computers and communicate effectively via telephone and in writing.

Experience Required for Your Success
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Forklift experience required
- Machine Tool Technology training preferred
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Skilled in the use of hand tools
