The Opportunity

Description

We're looking for a Professional Data Entry Operator, working in Banking/Finance industry in Vernon Hills, Illinois, United States.

• Performs all basic production equipment operation, ensures a steady workflow, achieves, and maintains production standards as required by the department, including performing minor equipment adjustments.
• Reviews documents for accuracy/completeness, makes necessary adjustments and corrections or escalates per established procedures.
• Manually prepares documents, materials and information for data entry including gathering, collating and preparation based on retention schedule and process overview.
• Creates digital documents, capturing data into digital databases, and performing regular backups. While updating and maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems.
• Completes operator/job logs and other documentation and/or provides Team Lead information to track job completion and produces reports/documentation to validate damaged pieces during production runs.
