Vos responsabilités:
- Fournir
un service à la clientèle de premier niveau concernant les demandes de
renseignements sur les produits, les comptes, l’utilisation et les
applications
- Construire
et entretenir des relations clients positives en proposant des solutions
personnalisées et s'assurer que les demandes sont traitées de manière
appropriée en se coordonnant avec diverses fonctions au sein de
l'entreprise. Planifier les appels de service et faire le suivi avec les
clients / clients
- Dépanner
et résoudre les problèmes techniques à l'aide d'outils et de procédures de
diagnostic établis. Escalade les problèmes des clients selon les besoins.
- Responsable
de la saisie précise des données en utilisant les applications prescrites.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide
first-level customer service regarding inquiries about
product/account/usage and applications.
- Build
and maintain positive customer relations by offering personalized
solutions and ensuring requests are handled appropriately by coordinating
with various functions within the company. Schedule service calls and
follow up with customers/clients.
- Troubleshoots
and resolves technical issues using established diagnostics tools and
procedures.
- Escalates
customer issues as required.
- Responsible
for accurate data input using prescribed applications.
