We're looking for an Accounting Specialist: Open to Fresh Graduates! , working in BPO industry in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.Are you savvy with numbers and passionate about financial accuracy? We're looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable: Process vendor payments, resolve discrepancies, and maintain invoice records.
- Billing & Invoicing: Audit timekeeping and billing details, distribute invoices, and manage independent contractor submissions.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and reconcile weekly and monthly reports, correct journal entry errors, and manage cash balances.
- Client Communication: Handle client inquiries, resolve billing issues, and ensure timely invoice approvals.
- Special Projects: Support month-end/year-end reporting, assist with tax documentation, and participate in financial audits.
Experience Required for Your Success
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of administrative experience in accounting or payroll.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Keen attention to detail and comfort working with numbers.
- Open to working onsite in Ayala, Makati, on a night shift schedule.
