Description
We're looking for a Reports Anayst, working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Metro Manila, 1223, Philippines.We’re on the hunt for a Reports Analyst to join our team!
As a Reports Analyst you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and analyzing performance indicators by creating and maintaining proactive reporting and auditing systems. You will collaborate with client management and operations teams to deliver regular reports and fulfill reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Analyze past and present operational trends, identify root causes, and develop predictive analyses to drive process improvement
- Interpret data and communicate findings to executive stakeholders, management, business partners, and other team members, including those in leadership positions
- Maintain a client and customer-focused approach, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in data integration, capable of handling both manual and automated processes.
- Support client and internal reporting needs, including running monthly/quarterly reports and providing ad hoc reporting as required.
Experience Required for Your Success
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience or training in business intelligence, data analytics, data science, or reporting & analysis.
- Advanced MS Excel experience, including Data Extraction, Pivot Tables, Visual Basic, and Macros.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and manage projects without constant oversight.
- Excellent communication skills for confidently presenting information in various formats, combined with a collaborative approach to building strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues.
- Education or experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Qlik, or Tableau, familiarity with SQL or other databases, and experience with ad hoc reporting tools like Business Objects are preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of data science techniques, including data mining, machine learning, and linear regression, is also preferred but not required.
- Must be willing to work night shift and in a hybrid setup in Ayala, Makati.
