The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for an Insurance Follow Up Representative, working in Healthcare Systems and Services industry in Chicago , Illinois, United States.- Conduct follow-up with insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.
- Identify and resolve insurance claim issues and denials.
- Review and appeal denied claims as necessary.
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits for patients.
- Collaborate with billing and coding teams to resolve claim discrepancies.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in insurance follow-up within a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of insurance billing processes and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
