Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Creation of report and audit systems. Design and implement systems to monitor key metrics, ensuring accurate and timely data for decision-making.
- Collaboration. Coordinate across teams to ensure consistent and accurate reporting that meets client and operational needs.
- Analyze operational trends and root causes. Use data analysis to uncover trends, identify issues, and create actionable insights that lead to process optimizations.
- Communicate data findings to stakeholders. Translate complex data findings into clear insights that inform strategic decision-making across all levels of the organization.
- Develop and maintain reports and data models. Build and manage reports and data models to support business intelligence and ensure data-driven decisions.
- Support reporting needs for clients and teams. Provide timely and accurate reports to clients and internal stakeholders, meeting both scheduled and ad hoc requirements.
- Ensure data integrity and quality checks. Maintain high data accuracy and consistency by managing data updates and quality assurance procedures.
- Prepare month-end and quarterly reports. Compile and deliver precise month-end and quarterly reports to ensure comprehensive business insights and strategic planning.
Experience Required for Your Success
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, including data extraction, pivot tables, Visual Basic, and macros.
- 2–3 years of experience in quantitative roles involving data analytics, mining, or visualization.
- Education or experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Qlik, or Tableau, familiarity with SQL or other data management systems or databases, and experience with ad hoc reporting tools like Business Objects are preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of data science techniques, including data mining, machine learning, and linear regression, is also preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving, critical-thinking skills and high attention to details
- Can work independently and with a team
- Must be willing to work in nightshift and in a hybrid set-up in Ayala, Makati
