We're looking for a Collections Representative, working in Admin/Clerical industry in Schaumburg, Illinois, United States.- Will assist with setting up payment plans
- Will take an average of 90 calls per day.
- Perform a softer collections role in nature
- Manage collections, problem solving, customer service

Experience Required for Your Success
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience with high volume of outbound collections
- Must have held a collections role within the past 5 years
- True collections experience
- CSR/High volume of calls will not suffice unless it was in collections
- Must be comfortable with asking hard and in depth questions
- Prior negotiating skills - assertive personalities
