We're looking for a
Facilities Maintenance Technician, working in
Manufacturing industry in
500 S Muddy Creek Rd , Denver, Pennsylvania, 17517, United States.
- Ensure that all equipment is operating properly and safely.
- Perform periodic and general maintenance tasks throughout the facility as assigned and according to schedule.
- Stay abreast of current technology regarding job duties.
- Perform inspection of doors and dock plates, and all other building and support areas. Recognize problems and repairs before breakdown occurs.
- Independently troubleshoot and make repairs.
- Maintain accurate repair records through CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
- Follow company policies and procedures. Ensure a safe work environment.
- Responsible for performing all job duties with honesty and integrity.

Experience Required for Your Success
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role

Desired skill sets include hydraulic, plumbing, carpentry, and building maintenance, major overhaul of equipment, fabrication of parts, air conditioning and heating system, and adjustment
- Emphasis on warehouse maintenance experience.
- Ability to bring own tools.A list of tools will be provided.

Ability to lift up to 50lbs, and perform repetitious arm, wrist, and hand movements required for maintenance and service procedures.

Ability to work with hands and arms overhead, and to work in or under the equipment
- Requires manual dexterity, overall coordination, and good balance to work both at ground level and heights

Ability to operate power equipment and hand tools, forklifts and pallet jacks and diagnostic equipment

Work environment may range in temperatures from 90 to 0 F.

Mental alertness is necessary to ensure safe and accurate completion of work activities.

Ability to read and comprehend all labeling on hazardous materials and equipment in the facility.
- Shift Schedule:
2nd Shift: Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat; 2:30pm – 11:00pm
3rd Shift: Sun-Thurs or Tues-Sat; 10:30pm-7:00am
