The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Level One IT Support, working in IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in Naperville, Illinois, United States.- Solve connectivity and access issues to Microsoft O365 applications.
- Solve Email/Exchange issues (Outlook, mobile email).
- Answer general how-to related questions within Microsoft O365, specifically Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Answer Intune enrollment support questions.
- Support to VIP’s.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Basic understanding of IT support functions, including troubleshooting hardware and network issues
- Ability to identify and resolve network connectivity problems
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with remote support teams
- Prior experience in an IT support role
- Experience working with Microsoft O365
