Security Patrol Guard – Part time, working in

2 Clocktower Place, Nashua, New Hampshire, 03060, United States.

Wingate Companies is looking for a Security Patrol Guard - part time for our property in Nashua, NH.
Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $21.00/hour
Work Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday - 7pm to 11pm
As aSecurity Patrol Guard, you will:
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas of large residential apartment community to ensure the security and safety of premises and assets.
- Monitor parking lot for unauthorized vehicles and tag accordingly.
- Monitor surveillance cameras as needed/requested.
- Observe and report security issues and safety concerns as required.
- Monitor entrances and exits, and act to prevent unapproved or unauthorized entry.
- Deliver internal mail.
- Secure the health club at 10pm.
- Patrol the building, both interior and exterior, including garage.
- Check to make sure all doors are properly locked and secured.
- Prepare logs or incident reports and other documents as required and/or requested.
- Maintain a constant level of alertness and attention while working.

Experience Required for Your Success
- High School Diploma/GED required
- 1-3 years experience in related field or industry
- Communication/Language Skills – ability to effectively communicate (written and oral) with all levels of employees, residents and guests
- Computer Skills ‐ word, ability to review surveillance system recordings
- Organizational Skills ‐ Ability to prioritize and schedule multiple projects simultaneously; ability to effectively organize records/files
- Other Skills ‐ Confidentiality, customer service, decision‐making, patience, respect, teamwork, and flexibility
- Must be able to walk several miles a night as the building is ¼ mile long
