Description

We're looking for a HR Manager, working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee key HR functions including employee relations, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, and HRIS administration. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic oversight and leadership to manage HR operations,policy development, and compliancewith a proactive approach to align HR strategies with business goals and understand the long-term impact of HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • HR Administration & Operations: Manage daily HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, record-keeping, and leave management, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all processes.
    • Change Management: Lead change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and clear, consistent communication during organizational changes.
    • Policy, Compliance & Audits: Develop and implement HR policies, ensure legal compliance, and conduct regular audits to maintain organizational standards.
    • HR Information Systems (HRIS): Oversee the HRIS administration, ensuring accurate employee data and generating reports to support strategic decision-making.
    • Employee Relations: Manage and address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and support managers with performance and disciplinary matters.
    • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee compensation programs, salary reviews, and benefits administration, ensuring competitive and equitable offerings.
    • Data Analysis and HR Reporting: Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and insights that support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
    • Strategic HR Planning and Management: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals.
    • Other Duties: Perform additional HR-related tasks as required to support the team and organizational goals.

Experience Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Manager within a BPO environment, with broad exposure to HR functions, including:
    • Strategic HR Planning and Management
    • HR Administration
    • Change Management
    • HR Policies, Procedures & Compliance
    • HRIS Systems
    • Employee Relations and Engagement
    • Compensation & Benefits
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented, with exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Skilled in presentations and maintaining confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certifications are a plus.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and hybrid setup in Ayala, Makati, as required.
