Wingate Companies is looking for a Porter for our real estate client in East Point, GA. As a Porter, you will be responsible for keeping exteriors, common areas, vacant units, sidewalks and alleyways of property in a clean and safe condition and will assist in other types of basic maintenance, when necessary.

Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $18.00/hour

As a Porter, you will:

• Cleans all hallways, stairwells, common areas, elevators, mail box areas, laundry rooms, along with model, corporate and vacant apartments.
• Cleans all parking areas, sidewalks, and alleyways.
• Maintains grounds (Lawn care, snow removal, litter clean-up).
• Attends staff meetings, as required.
• Attends resident meetings, as required.
• Assists with miscellaneous social program activities (e.g., set-up, pick-ups, clean-ups, etc.)
