The Opportunity

Description

We're looking for a Plant General, working in Light Industrial industry in 15301 Springdale St., Huntington Beach, California, 92649, United States.

• Perform general labor duties including cleaning, painting, labeling, hauling pallets, etc.
• Maintain an acceptable level of housekeeping, meet and exceed all safety standards and training requirements as outlined.
• Assist operators with changeovers, set ups and adjustments for production activities and shut-down operations.
• Relieve into production roles as trained and assigned.
• Maintain all equipment as required in a non-maintenance capacity including cleaning during down periods.
• Properly complete all job assignments including preventive maintenance assignments.
• Secure and prepare the necessary tools and equipment for the production process.
• Train and work with other assemblers on the production floor.
• Work as part of a team to accomplish the task at hand.
• Lift and flip glasses on a regular basis and/or use equipment to load glasses into racks.
• Clean workstations and maintain tools and equipment.
• Identify or report errors in the assembly line.
• Use hand tools and/or materials to apply on glass surfaces.
• Apply and handle special chemical on glass in specific areas.
• Perform special cleaning method in specific areas of the glass (wipe-off), ensuring correct definition.
