The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a
Run Rate Quote Representative, working in
IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in
11311 W Chinden Blvd , Boise, Idaho, 83714, United States.
- Generates and delivers service renewal quotations for company sales and Partners, ensuring renewal quotation deadlines are met.
- Makes effective use of company Analytics and OSS systems by retrieving data and running installation base reports to research accounts and uncover new opportunities.
- Tracks quoting for metrics.
- Ensures the integrity and accuracy of customer information is maintained in the database systems
- Undertakes any other duties required to assist in the successful operation of the department.
- Strengthens partner collaboration

Experience Required for Your Success
- College degree preferred
- 2 years + experience in sales support processes
- Candidate must have solid experience in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel) and email Databases
- Experience SAP S4 and Siebel systems is not required but would be a distinct advantage
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess highly effective verbal and written communication skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Capable to multi-task, prioritize work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work as a team player
