We're looking for a
Sales Support Coordinator, working in
Travel, Transport and Logistics industry in
22 Sylvan Way, Parsippany, New Jersey, 07054, United States.
- Support the GSO and RSS teams along with
the HSS and COE mailboxes.
- Run reporting, projects, prepare launch
kits, RFP and rate loading support, lead management tradeshow support and work
in various systems and tools.
- Handle requests from hotels, GSO sellers,
RSS sellers and leaders.
- Work in Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Dodge,
Cvent, Cvent Transient, GeoPointe GSOIQ, Birst and Microsoft Office
systems.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years relevant work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc., Cvent Transient, Cvent, ZoomInfo, Zoom or other virtual training technology, basic Salesforce Lighting)
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, be flexible, work in fast past environment, work independent-ly, time management skills, collaborate and communicate professional via email, Zoom, teams or phone.
- Technology / Tools efficient
- Ability to work successfully on their own – no micro – managing
