We're looking for a
Receptionist, working in
Banking/Finance industry in
Sarasota, Florida, United States.
- Greets clients and partners conducting business with their assigned area and directs them to the appropriate person.
- Interacts continuously with all clients.
- Maintains daily events electronically through Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams.
- Performs maintenance of multiple meeting rooms to include, as needed, set up and tear down of daily beverage service station.
- Lifts full carafes of water and coffee onto a hand cart and push cart containing several of these items to the various meeting rooms.
- Performs maintenance of Reception area to keep it clean and neat.
- Assists with special projects as assigned by manager.
- Issues visitor passes and parking validation.
- Handles incoming mail and packages for the bank including sorting, researching and emailing partners.
Experience Required for Your Success
- 3 years prior experience in an office receptionist/administrative assistant position
- Experience in banking, lending or trust is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft office programs including Word, Powerpoint and Excel
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook preferred but not required
- Means of transportation for mail pick up/delivery
- Ability to operate a multi-line call directory system
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Strong customer service principles and practices
- Strong understanding of administrative and clerical procedures
- Strong knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
