We're looking for a Senior Team Manager - Day Shift (Onsite), working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Metro Manila, 1223, Philippines.TheSenior Team Manager(Dayshift) is responsible for managing the team and the accounts they support. The role will take full ownership of supervising, managing, and motivating team members on a daily basis. Successful candidates will perform functions like:
- Team Management:Manage a team of recruiters with the aim of providing professional and personal mentoring, guidance and coaching.
- To Inspire the trust and respect of each team member and stimulate production within the workplace.
- To provide training & development, rewards, recognition, and boost motivation of the team.
- Performance Management: Rally the team to meet and progress with performance goals. Manage intraday activities for performance improvement by which the Team Leader and employees work together in a plan to monitor and review team goals.
- Client Management: Engage with internal and external, offshore-based clients.
Experience Required for Your Success
- At least 2 years of
solid experience in team management/handling ideally from the following
industries:
- BPO/Call
Centers
- Recruitment/Headhunter
Firms
- Airlines
- Sales/Insurance
Firms
- Advertising
Firms, etc.
- Candidates should
display deep knowledge of the principles of Operations Management, Performance
Management, and Team Development.
- Candidates must have
excellent communication skills, both spoken & written.
- Candidates should
have strong Analytical skills and Leadership qualities.
- Candidates must be
open to working on a Dayshift schedule.
- Candidates must be
amenable to work onsite (Makati).
