We're looking for an
Account Manager, working in
Staffing/Recruiting industry in
Louisville, Kentucky, United States.
- Develop recruitment plans and practices to attract top talent.
- Conduct phone interviews to further identify strengths and weaknesses to find proper placements for temporary assignments.
- Handle all employee preplacement screenings such as customer specific testing, drug and background screenings.
- Ensure proper documentation of employees by entering employee records accurately in Malone systems.
- Interface with Malone clients regularly to make sure staffing needs are being exceeded.

Experience Required for Your Success
- 1 year experience in recruitment or staffing industry
- Customer service experience is required
- High sense of urgency to exceed customer needs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent people skills and ability to work face-to-face with the public
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday from 8am - 5pm
