The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Staffing Specialist, working in Staffing/Recruiting industry in Shepherdsville, Kentucky, United States.- Interview and screen candidates for current and future job openings.
- Perform drug screens and background checks as needed.
- Verify past employment of candidates.
- Respond to employee and customer inquiries.
- Orientate new employees on company policies and safety expectations.
- Maintain and present weekly reports to leadership.
- Consistently meet KPI expectations.

Experience Required for Your Success
- Must be available to work in office Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and occasional weekend
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi task
- Strong computer skills- especially with Microsoft Office
- Experience working in the staffing industry, HR or recruitment is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Leadership/management experience is a plus
